Good to know
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please let the property know your arrival time in advance; a photo ID and credit card are required at check-in, and cash is not accepted.
There are two off-street parking spaces, shared with the permanently tenanted downstairs unit, and no guest access to the garage. Children of all ages are welcome, the minimum age to book is 25, and the property is strictly non-smoking with no parties or events. Quiet hours run from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM and pets are not allowed.
A rental agreement is sent before arrival and must be signed and returned. Linen and an exit clean are included in the nightly rate.
